William R Miller
William R. Miller, born in Brooklyn, New York, is an alumnus of Brooklyn Preparatory Academy and MIT, where he gained both SB and SM and served as the Managing Editor of the student newspaper The Tech. He holds 20 patents and was recognized in both Who’s Who in the East and Who’s Who in Technology. Serving as a Captain in the USAF during the Korean War, he later spent 17 years as a Corporate Officer and was a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He composed the hymn "Winter" in 2000 (published by the Methodist Publishing House) and has also contributed as a guest correspondent for the Erie-Times News.
Amongst his many other books are Change Creators and Momentum Maximizers (2002), Three Strikes in the War of 1812 (2016), and The Labor Day Raid (2019). He is married to Virginia, a Reading Specialist and Dyslexia Therapist.
