Michelle Santander

Cecilia Castellón Vera was born in Santiago, Chile, on March 30, 1953. She has lived in Sydney, Australia, since 1987. Although she started her literary career in Spanish, her native language, she has also explored writing in English. She has tried poetry, winning a prize in 1993. She has also published some articles and poems in Spanish magazines in Sydney. In 1998, she participated in a bilingual poetry anthology, Over the Horizon/Sobre el Horizonte, a project developed by La Trobe University. In 2017, she launched her novel Calvary of a Life, The Awakening of a Soul in Spanish language in Santiago, Chile. CO-AUTHOR BLURB Michelle Santander, the youngest daughter of Cecilia Castellón Vera, was born in Sydney, Australia, on August 17, 1993. She has graduated from The University of New South Wales with a bachelor's degree in arts, majoring in Korean language, and is now getting ready to teach English in Korea. Starting from a young age, Michelle has loved reading non-fiction books and when the opportunity of co-writing a book with her mother came up, she was ecstatic and agreed immediately. This book will be her first-ever publication.
