When Louise is not working as a psychotherapist, she loves to have adventures with her children and partner. She enjoys walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, has recently found an interest in holistic therapies and enjoys learning and trying new things. Her daughter, Pixie (age 5) has something to add: "My mummy is kind. My mummy is sweet. My mummy is helpful."
