Kevin Richardson was born in Hampshire, England. His parents instilled in him the love of animals and the wilderness from an early age. This became a passion that has seen Kevin explore different parts of the world learning and teaching bushcraft and wilderness skills. Kevin began to write stories in the early 2000s, but only ever read them to family and friends. A move to Perth, Australia in 2008 was a whole new chapter. It was here that Kevin was encouraged to seek a publisher for his stories. In 2019, he became a published author.
Kevin believes that to teach children about nature and the wilderness through reading stories will help build a firm foundation for adulthood.
