John Louis was born and bred in rural Yorkshire. He was a farmer by trade, but his big love was his family. This was the motivating factor for putting pen to paper in the early 1980s when he penned the stories which are about to be embarked upon. He was a father and grandfather himself but he was without a doubt not grumpy.
