Born in Toronto in 1964, Jocelyn was brought to South Wales at the age of three and grew up in the industrial town of Port Talbot. She is a full-time carer, artist and jewellery-maker. Jocelyn has had several solo shows and exhibits her art regularly. Her work has been commissioned for publications and theatre. She has been featured in the Artist & Illustrators magazine. Jocelyn's caring role looking after her disabled husband and daughter led her to win a National Carers Award in 2014. She also has a son and two grandsons. Her passionate empathy towards carers and their roles has resulted in her being invited to sit on the advisory board for Carers Wales. Throughout her life journey, Jocelyn has used her intuition as a means of support and creativity.
