The author of this book is a grandmother and she has been writing children's stories for the past sixteen years. This is her first published book. She gets her inspirations from her life experiences with animals and her wonderful grandchildren. After living many years on farms she is now enjoying a quieter life in Queensland near the beautiful Gold Coast.
