Alice’s childhood was filled with adventure and fantasy. Alice was born into a musical family in South Africa and travelled between England, Scotland and the countryside of Europe in her childhood, finally settling down in her much-loved Australia. Formally trained as an occupational therapist, she used puppetry and drama in therapy with disadvantaged children.
Later training as a speech and drama teacher, Alice ran an award-winning studio. Always at home on the stage, whether acting, singing or public speaking, she took her passion for art and writing to greater heights in retirement.
