Ian Grierson is an ocular scientist who has helped us understand the disease processes of the aging eye. He is emeritus professor of ophthalmology at the University of Liverpool. He also runs a consultancy firm, advising on vision and nutrition, and is an enthusiastic home cook who has written four recipe books to date.
