Greg Bainbridge

Greg Bainbridge was born and grew up in Melbourne. He graduated from Melbourne University in 1971 and owner-operated a dental practice in a large metropolitan shopping centre for the next forty years. His passion for history and literature started from the time he was a boy and has never waned. He began writing historical fiction and romance as a hobby some thirty years ago, especially drawing on his parent’s wartime experiences and photos as a valuable source of information. These days, in between writing he spends his time running a holiday rental business on the Mornington Peninsula, doing volunteer work, tending to his bonsai and garden and interacting with his four grandchildren.
