Glenna Morrison
Glenna Morrison was born in the Highlands of Scotland. At the age of 18 she moved to London to train as a professional actress. She pursued an award-winning career in film, television, theatre, and radio for 30 years. It was with her marriage to Massimiliano in 2004 and the birth of her son Luca in 2006 that she moved home to Scotland and began to write for radio and theatre. Her daughter Marilena followed in 2010 as did her career as an Early Childhood Educator. Her creative work with children from nursery to high school led to an interest in children’s literature.
Oliver’s Travels is her first children’s book and marries her love of music, animals, and adventure with her newfound love for her dog, Oliver.
She wrote her first play entitled Guffy and is producing and directing it at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2023.
