Deshna Fennell was born in Melbourne Australia and now resides on the Sunshine Coast Queensland. She is a registered nurse who has spent more than 20 years in a critical setting and is currently working in a Cardiac Catheter Lab (CCL). She lives with her partner of more than 32 years and they have two adult sons.
