Demetra Demi Gregorakis
Demetra Demi Gregorakis is a writer and a lover of poetry. She writes about an Agapé love, which she owes to her beautiful parents, married 30 years, who have shown her the definition of unconditional love. Writing has always been her calling; hoping her words will bring back feeling to millennials who have gone numb from technology.
There are these little memories throughout her time she wishes she could keep in jars: flashes of moments, people, specific places that she wishes she could relive, which bring her heart to her stomach – that make her 20s the most confusing, lonely, amazing, time of her life. She captures her experiences and lessons in Love Letters in the Wall.
One can say she’s dreamer or a hopeless romantic – or just an old-fashioned girl trying to fit in this world where commitment has become feared, love is a convenience and conversations are texting. Whatever it is, her heart is a thousand years old and she’s not like other people. She opens her soul for the world to read – sharing her own personal heartbreak. She hopes her words empower, and inspire that heartbreak, love and the journey we go on is only one aspect of your story – you are whole all on your own.
