Sarah Ciacia was born in 1979 and grew up in Melbourne, Australia where she lives today with her beloved senior golden retriever, Happy, who is a constant distraction from writing. She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences and has earned a living as a senior proofreader and a defence worker.
