Caroline Prince is a writer who has a well-developed sense of the ridiculous and enjoys combining historical romance with comedy in her work. Caroline's career has been varied. After completing secondary schooling in Australia, she went to London and worked at the BBC for seven years. On returning to her family in Australia, after an initial stint in television, she felt drawn to science and completed a science degree. She then worked in various roles at the University of Queensland for three decades, during which time she developed an interest in British social history. In 2009, Caroline moved to Queensland's Sunshine Coast, where she enjoys a more-relaxed lifestyle, which enables her to pursue her love of writing.
