Adam Lindas

Adam Lindas has led an active life. He left school at 15 and started working in an iron foundry until the age of eighteen, he then joined the Royal Air Force for 21 years, left as a Chief Technician Airframes. Thereafter, he remained self-employed constructing, and fitting bespoke kitchens and bedrooms for further 21 years. Adam Lindas took five long holidays to Australia, spent most of that time driving alone through the outback of New South Wales and Queensland. He is now retired at the age of 82 and settled with a Thai wife to see out his final days. He writes to pass the time.
